We are an SBA certified 8(a) program participant as well as a Maryland Minority Business Enterprise(MBE)/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). Certeza offers value-added services and solutions that produce significant process and procedural improvements that further lead to increased control effectiveness and processing efficiencies. We serve organizations in the Federal, state, and local governments as well as the commercial sector.

Executive Management
Rodney A. Green, President, has nearly 15 years of experience providing client support services to numerous Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, small businesses, and individuals. Mr. Green oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations while also providing oversight and support to client engagements. Mr. Green is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting as well as a Masters of Business Administration.

Our staff is composed of highly-skilled professionals with significant financial, IT audit, and information security experience in a multitude of industries. Our team has performed numerous IT control assessments, mainframe audits, SAS70s, financial statement audits, financial analyses, and other specialized audit and consulting engagements. We consistenly utilize our working knowledge of financial accounting and IT security concepts and practices to provide better integration and communication throughout the service delivery of each client engagement.
