The performance of periodic reviews, or audits, is critical to the achievement of the mission and goals of Internal Audit. Internal audit engagements can identify security exposures or aid the improvement of ineffective or inefficient processes. Furthermore, processes subjected to periodic reviews and inspections are more likely to be better self-managed by employees and management.

In support of the Audit Committee and the Internal Audit function, we augment existing staff during the performance of audit engagements or perform audits independently on behalf of Internal Audit. Our experience and expertise allow us to lead or aid the performance of audit engagements and provide improvements that strengthen your organization's system of internal controls.

We participate in the audit through the completion of fieldwork and the delivery of the final audit report. We also provide assistance during the implementation of corrective actions or the verification of the subsequent remediation of control deficiencies.
